Cyrte Private Equity has a dedicated investment approach and is committed to realizing the full potential of portfolio companies. We are more than mere a financial partner as we aim to also provide strategic and operational support through an active shareholder approach.

A dedicated and consistent approach to value creation is necessary to build and maintain a sustainable competitive position and safeguard the long-term prospects of any business. We believe there is no “one size fits all approach” for our companies. In order to capture the full potential of each investment and strengthen the long-term prospects of our portfolio companies we pursue both buy-and-build as well as organic growth strategies, and/or various business optimization strategies.

Our support will vary in nature as it depends on specific requirements of each individual investment. In any event, our portfolio companies will benefit from our in-depth sector expertise and strategic and operational support. We act as partners to management and our partners have full access to our network of senior executives and industry experts. We typically invite management to co-invest, so as to incentivize them through meaningful equity stakes. .
