Regulatory Information

As per January 1, 2012 Cyrte Investments has obtained authorization of national regulatory bodies, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Dutch Central Bank (DNB), and is licensed to provide selected professional clients with investment management and advisory. 

In case of complaints regarding Cyrte’s investments solutions, please contact your relationship manager or the Compliance Officer by telephone or written communication. All complaints will be passed on to Cyrte’s Compliance Officer. See also the Complaints procedure of Cyrte Investments as approved by the AFM.
